    We operate the website avanijewellery.co.uk. To contact us please email contact@avanijewellery.co.uk. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 business days.

By using our website or placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our website.

    All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
    Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display colours and finishes accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display accurately reflects the true appearance of our products. Minor variations in colour and finish between the product image and the product you receive do not constitute a fault or misrepresentation.

  5. Pricing
    All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
    Delivery charges are additional to product prices and are displayed clearly at checkout. Free delivery is available on orders over £50 within the United Kingdom.
    While we take every care to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and issue a full refund.
    We are not obliged to fulfil an order at an incorrect price, including where the error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised as an error.
  6. Placing an Order
    By placing an order on our website you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. Receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and AVANI is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
    We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. If we decline your order we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of any payment taken.
    You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
  7. Payment
    We accept payment by the methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
    Payment is taken at the time you place your order. If payment is declined your order will not be processed.
    In the event of suspected fraudulent activity we reserve the right to cancel any order and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
  8. Delivery

    Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products passes to you upon receipt of payment in full.
  9. Returns & Refunds
    Our returns and refunds policy is set out in full in our Shipping & Returns page which forms part of these terms and conditions. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms.
  10. Warranty
    Our warranty terms are set out in full on our Warranty page which forms part of these terms and conditions. Our warranty is offered in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
  11. Intellectual Property
    All content on our website including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, photography, video, and design is the property of AVANI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
    The AVANI name, logo, and brand are the exclusive property of AVANI. Unauthorised use of our brand, name, or logo is strictly prohibited.
    Nothing in these terms grants you any right or licence to use any intellectual property belonging to AVANI or any third party.
  12. User Content
    If you submit any content to us including reviews, photographs, social media tags, or other material, you grant AVANI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content in connection with our business and marketing activities. You confirm that any content you submit is your own original work, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and is not defamatory, offensive, or otherwise unlawful.
    We reserve the right to remove any user-submitted content at our discretion without notice.
  13. Discount Codes & Promotions
    Discount codes are subject to their individual terms and expiry dates. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed. Discount codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. AVANI reserves the right to withdraw or modify any discount code or promotion at any time without notice. Any order where a discount code is found to have been applied fraudulently or in breach of these terms may be cancelled.
  14. Ambassador Programme
    Participation in the AVANI ambassador programme is subject to separate ambassador terms and conditions which will be provided upon acceptance into the programme. AVANI reserves the right to terminate any ambassador relationship at its sole discretion. Commission rates, payment terms, and programme details may be amended at any time with reasonable notice.
  15. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVANI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid by you for that order.
    Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in the courts of those jurisdictions.

    If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms which shall continue in full force and effect.

    These terms and conditions, together with our Shipping & Returns policy, Warranty policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AVANI in relation to your use of our website and purchase of our products. They supersede all previous agreements, representations, and understandings between us.
