Returns

14 Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn
• In original condition
• Free from damage or signs of use
• Returned in original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

How To Request A Return

Returns must be approved prior to being sent. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Supporting photographs

We will review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
