Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday- Friday, excluding UK Public Holidays).

During peak periods, launches or promotional events, processing times may be extended. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped.

UK Delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days after dispatch.

Free UK shipping is available on orders over £60.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to activate within the couriers system.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Delays & Courier Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

• Courier service disurptions
• Weather conditions
• Industrial action
• Incorrect delivery information
• Circumstances beyond our control
