Shipping & Returns

United Kingdom
Standard delivery is free on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 are subject to a delivery fee.
All UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment being confirmed. Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Tracked 24, with estimated delivery times of 2-3 business days and 1-2 business days respectively.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to updated after dispatch.
Please not that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
International Delivery
We currently ship to selected International destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery will be calculated at and displayed at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any custom duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. AVANI has no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for them.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. During busy periods, including sale periods and new collection launches, processing times may extend to 3 business days. You will be notified by email if there is any delay to your order.
AVANI reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. AVANI cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at contact@avanijewellery.co.uk. We will do our best to amend the address before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Royal Mail will leave a notification card with instructions for collection or redelivery. Parcels not collected within the specified timeframe will be returned to AVANI. In this event, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days of the parcel being returned to us, your order will be refunded minus the original delivery charge.
Returns & Refunds
Your Right to Cancel- UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you receive your order.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by emailing contact@avanijewellery.co.uk within the 14 day period. Please include your order number and the item or items you wish to return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions. Items must be returned within 14 days of you notifying us of your intention to return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items must be returned in the original packaging including the jewellery box and pouch. Items must not show any signs of wear, damage or alteration.
AVANI reserves the right to refuse a return or issue only a partial refund where items are returned in a condition that suggests they have been worn or used, or where original packaging is missing or damaged.
Non- Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the original packaging seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty. Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase. Gift Cards.
How to Return
To initiate a return, email contact@avanijewellery.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We strongly recommend returning items via a tracked postal service as AVANI cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit. Return items to the address provided in your return confirmation email.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@avanijewellery.co.uk. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the fault or damage. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return postage where applicable.
Please note that general wear and tear, damage caused by improper care, and natural variations in materials are not considered faults. Please refer to our Care Guide for guidance on how to maintain your AVANI pieces.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Discount Code & Promotions
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Only one discount code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items unless otherwise stated. AVANI reserves the right to cancel orders where discount codes have been applied fraudulently or in violation of their terms.
